Heiko Fischer Quartett - Lucid

Heiko Fischer (guitar), Christoph Spangenberg (piano), Daniel Stritzke (bass) and Konrad Ullrich (drums) met at the College of Music in Hamburg. They played more than 80 concerts since, among them at Jazz Baltica in 2008, the Hamburg Jazzopen 2007 or the Jazzahead in Bremen. Their aim is to create a balance between musical details and great structures. The musical piece always remains in the focus so solo parts never become an end in themselves. The musical themes consist of consciously arranged and sophisticated forms, taking their root in modern jazz as well as rock and pop music. Every meter is part of the piece and every piece ist part of the band sound.
